College Basketball: WDRB-Louisville reports per Louisville coach Rick Pitino, Chane Behanan will not travel or play when the Cardinals play Wednesday night at Seton Hall. Pitino says Behanan suffered a moderate high ankle sprain in practice Monday. Montrezl Harrell will replace Behanan in the Cards starting lineup.

NFL: The shoes in which Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson wore with the names of the Sandy Hook Elementary School victims sold at auction last night for over $9-thousand dollars. Johnson wore the shoes in the Titans game against the NY Jets December 17th. The funds are being given to the Sandy Hook Support Fund.
The New York Jets are parting ways with offensive coordinator Tony Sparano. ESPN reports the team has let him go after just one year at the helm following a meeting with head coach Rex Ryan and team owner Woody Johnson.
The Jets ranked near the bottom of the NFL in total offense during the season, struggling behind starting quarterback Mark Sanchez. Backup Tim Tebow played sparingly, and was ultimately passed over in week 16 for the starting job.
MLB: The Texas Rangers signed first baseman/designated hitter Lance Berkman to a
one-year contract with a club option for 2014 on Monday. Berkman was limited to 32 games a season ago with St. Louis thanks to torn cartilage in his right knee and ended up hitting .259 with two homers and seven RBI in 81 at-bats. The 14-year veteran and six-time All-Star was part of the Cardinals' 2011 World Series championship.
