The Boys and Girls 2nd Region Soccer Tournaments were postponed last night due to lightning.

In the boys tournament at Henderson County the host Colonels defeated the Hopkinsville Tigers 5 to 2 to advance to the Championship Game now scheduled for 10:00am Saturday Morning according to The Kentucky New Era. The Trigg County/Madisonville game will resume tonight at 5:30pm with Trigg County leading 2 to nothing.

In the Girls tournament at Lyon County, Madisonville defeated the host Lady Lyons 10 to nothing. In the second game The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers were leading The Henderson County Lady Colonels 1 to nothing at halftime when the game was postponed until 6pm tonight according to The Kentucky New Era. The Championship game is now scheduled for Saturday.

Christian County vs. Hopkins County Central at 5:30pm

Henderson County vs. Caldwell County at 7:00pm

Championship game will be Saturday Night at 7:00pm.
