The Todd County Sheriff’s Office and Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force worked together Friday to make an arrest on methamphetamine charges.
A news release says an undercover drug transaction was done between the Task Force and 24-year old Josh Young in the Clifty area. Following the transaction, the Todd County Sheriff’s Office pulled over and arrested Young.
He was booked into the Todd County Jail on charges of first degree trafficking in methamphetamine, second degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of ingredients to manufacture methamphetamine.
A juvenile passenger with Young was charged with possession of marijuana. Young remains in the jail on $50,000 bond.
