Kentucky State Police recently investigated a complaint which resulted in the arrest of a non-compliant sex offender in Calloway County.
State Police on Wednesday investigated the complaint of a possible non-compliant sex offender living on Diuguid Drive in Murray.
Troopers along with Kentucky Probation and Parole officers conducted a check of a residence at Duiguid Drive and located 36-year old Billy Houk and 32-year old Amanda Brochin at the residence.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that Houk had been living at the residence for a couple of months and was found to be in violation of other sex offender regulations.
Brochin was charged with harboring a non-compliant sex offender and Houk was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration 1st offense, registered sex offender restrictions 1st offense, sex offender IM/Chat/Social Network Use and false statement to law enforcement.
Both individuals were taken into custody without incident and were lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
