Trigg County Sheriff Ray Burnam says his department continues to fight the war on drugs in his community and in the last month, deputies have responded to numerous instances where illegal drugs were found.
Sheriff Burnam talks about a recent incident where two Cerulean residents were arrested after deputies initially responded to a domestic disturbance call at a residence.
27-year old Brandon M. Linton and 30-year old Kelly A. Hooks were both charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree.
Sheriff Burnam says the investigation remains ongoing with additional charges pending.
Sheriff Burnam says his department will continue to focus a lot of attention in eradicating illegal drugs from the community and he says he is proud of the dedication of his deputies.
