Motorists traveling Fort Campbell Boulevard in southern Christian County this week are likely to encounter construction crews along the side of the road.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a contractor will be doing milling work to create rumble strips alongside 41A. It will require a moving work zone starting at the I-24 interchange and moving south to the Tennessee state line.

Motorists are urged to be alert for construction workers and to use appropriate caution in those zones. When crews are done with that work, they will install rumble strips along the Bypass in Hopkinsville.
