Butler Road wreck victim identified

A local man was killed in a single-vehicle wreck on Butler Road this afternoon.

Christian County Deputy Coroner Mike Stokes identifies the victim as 45-year old Jerome Casto of Hopkinsville. Casto was a passenger of 45-year old James Young of Princeton Road around 2:30pm, when they ran off Butler Road near the three mile-marker—as described by Christian County Sheriff’s  Lieutenant Wade Connell.

                                              

Lieutenant Connell said Young’s injuries appeared to be non-life-threatening.
