Loal woman charged in stabbing incident

A young Hopkinsville woman was arrested Thursday for her alleged involvement in an assault and stabbing incident from last month.

The arrest warrant for 18-year old Ahgeana Bailey of Hopkinsville says she and at least three other people lured the victim to the area of Honeysuckle Drive on February 10th and assaulted him.

The victim, who isn’t identified on the warrant, was stabbed by a juvenile allegedly involved and had to be treated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Bailey was charged with first degree assault and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
