A man accused of stealing a significant amount of jewelry over a year ago was arrested Saturday by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office. Deputy Ricky Burgess arrested 27-year old Jared Joiner of Blackhawk Road, Cadiz, according to a news release, which says Joiner is charged with theft by unlawful taking.
