Both Christian District Judges out for medical reasons, Fulton Co. judge to fill in

A district judge from far western Kentucky will be on the bench in Christian County this week while the two local judges recover from medical issues.

District Judge Jim Adams is recovering from a recent knee surgery and Judge Arnold Lynch is recovering from an illness at a Nashville hospital.

Circuit Court Clerk Gary Haddock said he received word from Frankfort that District Judge Hunter Whitesell of Fulton County will fill in this week. Judge Lynch’s condition was reportedly improving, as Haddock said he had spoken to staff members on the phone this morning.
