A Logan County man was arrested on meth charges following a traffic stop in Bowling Green Wednesday night. A news release from Kentucky State Police says 57-year old Billy Hightower of Lewisburg was pulled over on U.S. 68 in Warren County just before midnight Wednesday. A search of the driver and the vehicle was conducted and KSP allegedly found two and a half grams of methamphetamine. Hightower was arrested and charged with possession of meth, disorderly conduct and failure to wear a seat belt. ** 02/22/2013/am
