A Cadiz man was injured after being involved in a two-vehicle wreck on U.S. 68 this morning.

Preliminary investigation conducted by Police Chief Chad Grace, who witnessed the scene, indicates 64-year old Marvin Stokely of Cadiz crossed both lanes of traffic and struck the side of an eastbound vehicle that driven by 64-year old William P. Pater of the city.

Pater was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for treatment of head and neck injuries, while Stokely went injured.

Cadiz Police were assisted at the scene by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Department, Trigg County EMS, and the Kentucky Department of Highways.
