Officials with the Hopkinsville Human Relations Commission are accepting award nominations and scholarship applications for local women who stand out to make the local community a better place to live.

Applications will be accepted now through March 1^st with community members encouraged to nominate women in our area who through current or recent efforts made a positive impact on the local community.

The Women’s History Awards Ceremony is scheduled to take place March 28^th from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Hopkinsville Community College’s Auditorium.
