Authorities in Trigg County continue to look for a teen who was last seen over the weekend in the Rockcastle area.

The Trigg County Sheriff’s Office has been asking for the public’s help in locating 17-year old Richard Lee Compton since Sunday and Sheriff Ray Burnam says they are following up on every lead they receive.

Sheriff Burnam says they don’t believe Compton is in any immediate danger, but they certainly want to determine his whereabouts as soon as possible.

Compton was last seen Saturday afternoon in the Rockcastle area wearing a black or dark blue hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. Anyone who has information on Compton’s whereabouts should call the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office at 270-522-6014 or Sheriff Burnam directly at 270-350-3815.
