Tuesday morning wreck injures Hopkinsville woman

A two-vehicle wreck at West 7th Street and North Drive Tuesday morning sent a local woman to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

Hopkinsville Police Public Information Officer Paul Ray says 61-year old Patricia Jones was on North Drive approaching the West 7th St. intersection around 7am when she was struck by a vehicle driven by 55-year old Frankie Bivins of Hopkinsville who reportedly disregarded a red light.

Ms. Jones was taken to Jennie Stuart for neck and back pain, while Ms. Jones went uninjured.
