A Hopkinsville man was arrested in Clarksville Sunday night for allegedly helping three juveniles shoplift from a Wal-Mart.

Arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor was 18-year old Devante Hyrashio Campbell of Younglove Street, Hopkinsville.

Police say Campbell brought a juvenile from Hopkinsville and picked up two more juveniles in Clarksville and went to the Wilma Rudolph Boulevard Wal-Mart. A security guard claims he witnessed Campbell serve as a “lookout” while the three juvenile males stole property from the store.

All four suspects were arrested, but Campbell was the only one identified due to the others being juveniles. Police say Campbell had also been wanted in Hopkinsville for failure to appear in court.
