A Clarksville man is charged with child rape after an alleged incident late last month.

Arrested Thursday afternoon was 32-year old Kevin Raphael Yepez of Clarksville. A news release says Child Services received a call on January 30^th about a possible sexual battery involving a six year old boy.

An investigation turned up allegations that the victim found Yepez watching pornography on his cell phone late that night and that the Yepez made inappropriate sexual contact with the boy soon after.

Yepez was out of town during the first few days of the investigation, but Clarksville Police made a plan of protection to keep him away from the alleged victim until he was arrested and charged with rape of a child. He was lodged in the Montgomery County Jail on $75,000 bond.
