| Black ice contributes to Graves County wreck |

A single-vehicle wreck in Graves County Thursday night injured the driver. The report from Kentucky State Police says 20-year old Tevin Phelps of Clinton was eastbound on KY 58 around 10:20 when he crossed a patch of black ice. Phelps lost control of his vehicle and ran off the road, overturning and finally coming to rest off the pavement. An ambulance took Phelps to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. |
