An early morning fire at an apartment building in Clarksville has displaced several families.

Fire-fighters were called to a fire in the upstairs apartment complex over Mary’s Saddle Club on the bypass in Clarksville around 2:30am, according to a news release.

Officials say the Red Cross was also called and that fourteen residents were taken to the Days Inn at Exit 11 to have a place to stay. Case workers are assigned to the displaced families to assist in long-term solutions.

No one was injured in the blaze and a cause of the fire is not listed.
