MLK Day weekend to be commemorated in Hopkinsville, Elkton Sunday

Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend will be commemorated Sunday in Christian and Todd Counties.

First Street Baptist Church in Hopkinsville will host the annual Sunday program at 2pm, with music to be provided by the church choir. Local NAACP President Reverand John Banks gives more details.

                                               

Todd County’s Martin Luther King Commemoration will be in the Todd County High School Auditorium at 3pm, where Ron Sydnor will be the featured speaker.
