Police chase ends with wreck, arrest in Calloway Co.

State Police in Calloway County arrested a man Friday night who allegedly led troopers on a chase that ended with a wreck.

KSP says Trooper David Dick observed a vehicle on Sherman Road in Calloway County with a broken taillight around 9:40pm and attempted to pull it over. The driver of the vehicle, 32-year old Kenton Doran of New Concord, made a left turn on Kline Trail before turning left on Shannon Creek Road.

Police say Doran failed to negotiate a curve and ran into a tree. Doran was then arrested and charged with his second DUI in the last five years, first degree wanton endangerment, fleeing from police, possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving and other traffic offenses.
