The 101^st Airborne Division will be hosting a remembrance ceremony next week to honor two local soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

The Eagle Remembrance Ceremony is scheduled to take place Wednesday, January 23^rd at the Family Resource Center at 4 p.m.

Military officials say remembrance ceremonies are held each month to honor fallen Soldiers deployed in support of Operation New Dawn and Operation Enduring Freedom.

This month’s ceremony will honor Private First Class Shane Wilson, who was assigned to the 3^rd Brigade Combat Team and Specialist Patricia L. Horne, who was assigned to the 101^st Combat Aviation Brigade.
