A Herndon man was served with an arrest warrant Tuesday for allegedly putting a gun to a woman’s head last November.

Charged with first degree wanton endangerment is 20-year old Dustin Frazier of Jago Thomas Road, Herndon. The warrant alleges that on November 24th, Frazier pressed a pistol against the forehead of a female.

Frazier reportedly told the victim who was sitting in a chair to close her eyes, which she said she didn’t want to do until he persisted. She then felt cold metal against her forehead and saw the gun when she opened her eyes.

The woman said Frazier told her he wanted to show that she could trust him. Frazier reportedly told Deputy Ed Stokes that it had been a BB gun, but the victim said the gun he presented to police was not what he used on the date in question.

Frazier was lodged in the Christian County Jail on five thousand dollars bond.
