Woman arrested after wrecking at Pembroke Minit Mart

BINGHAM

A Pembroke woman was charged with DUI Saturday morning after she allegedly wrecked at the Minit Mart and drove away.

The arrest card for 50-year old Luanna Bingham of Pembroke says she backed into a support beam at the Minit Mart on Nashville Street just before 10am before driving away.

Deputy Wade Connell located Ms. Bingham a short time later and she allegedly admitted to drinking for several days and she registered a .233 on the breath test—nearly three times the legal limit.

Police charged her with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and served two warrants for failure to pay fines.
