A single-vehicle wreck in Todd County yesterday morning sent a Pembroke woman to the hospital. A news release from Kentucky State Police says 36-year old Niki Shaw of Pembroke was westbound on Highland Lick Road about four miles east of Allegre when she ran off the road and into a field. An ambulance took Ms. Shaw to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of her injuries and police say she was not wearing a seat belt. KSP was assisted on the scene by the Todd County Sheriff’s Department and Allegre Volunteer Department in addition to Todd EMS. ** |
