In what has been a crime-ridden weekend in Hopkinsville, a vehicle was reported stolen at a Walnut Street car lot Saturday morning. Hopkinsville Police were called to Truck Country Auto Sales at 914 Walnut just before 8am, where Jim Rager told Officer Robert Stokes that someone had broken out a glass door to get inside. The perpetrator took a set of keys out of the office and drove away in a 2004 Dodge Durango valued at eight thousand dollars. The Durango is white in color and has Kentucky tags. No suspects are listed on the report and the investigation continues. ** |
