Hopkinsville native to discuss broadcasting career with students

A Hopkinsville native and former WHOP employee will be in the area tomorrow morning to speak with local children about his career in broadcasting.

Mitch Faulkner will be in Hopkinsville and will be meeting with Christian County Middle School students tomorrow morning.

Faulkner also plans to share his story of a Christian County High School teacher who made a difference in his life and helped to realize what he wanted for a career.

Faulker now works in Atlanta and specializes in radio and audio production, engineering, Audio production and event and marketing promotion, among other talents.

The Hopkinsville native began is career in broadcasting locally and was employed with WHOP from January 1974 to January 1975.
