Few details are available, but a woman was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center following a wreck in Trigg County this morning.
The woman was reportedly alert, conscious and breathing when an Air-Evac helicopter arrived on the scene shortly after 9am near the intersection of U.S. 68 and KY 272.
Kentucky State Police, the Trigg County Rescue Squad, Sheriff’s Office and EMS were on scene and we will have more information as it becomes available from KSP.
