Two men went to the hospital following a wreck in Graves County Tuesday afternoon.

The report from Kentucky State Police says 44-year old Jefferey Adams of Hickory was westbound on KY 408 around 4:30 when he pulled into the path of a southbound vehicle driven by 70-year old Nancy Berkely of Mayfield on U.S. Highway 45.

Ms. Berkely was unable to avoid a collision and was struck in the passenger side by Adams’ vehicle. Adams was taken to Western Baptist Hospital and Ms. Berkely was transported to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.

KSP says both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
