HPD investigates theft of cash, coat

A local man called police after someone stole over 900 dollars worth of property from him at a West 7th Street residence Monday.

19-year old Lance Lord of Hopkinsville told police someone took 710 dollars in cash and a 200 dollar coat from 1529 West 7th between noon and 4pm Monday. A suspect is listed on the report, though no arrest was on file at the Hopkinsville Police Department as of Wednesday morning.
