The Back to Back Foundation, founded by Christian County native and singer/songwriter Brice Long, is having a very busy weekend.

The charity focuses its efforts each year on providing underprivileged families in Christian and Trigg Counties with a better Christmas and this is the weekend they deliver the gifts to those homes.

Long appeared on the Lite 98.7 Early Bird Show along with Brent Gilkey Friday morning and said the annual Christmas campaign wouldn’t be possible without the help of the community which attends the yearly concert and makes cash donations.

Unlike many charities that only provide gifts to children, Long says the Back to Back Foundation also makes it a merrier Christmas for the adults living in the home.

Long said a total of 21 families were being assisted by the Back to Back Foundation this year.
