A murder trial is expected to conclude by the end of the week in Christian Circuit Court, while the two Oak Grove residents accused of killing their nephew have had their bond reduced.

On trial for murder and tampering with evidence charges is 21-year old Seth Wallen, who is accused in the shooting death of 38-year old Corey Trice on Oak Street in October of 2010.

Trice had coached youth sports locally for several years.

Meanwhile, Chris and Joni Leutwyler of Oak Grove appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday, where their bond amounts were reduced to 15-thousand dollars cash each according to court officials. The couple is charged with murder for allegedly killing their infant nephew, 9-month old Jack Stark, while he was in their custody back in the spring.
