|Arrest made in Walnut Street armed robbery|
One of the suspects accused of being involved in an armed robbery late last month on Walnut Street that ended with a shooting has been arrested.
Hopkinsville Police arrested 27-year old Christopher Lamont Taylor of the city at Central Avenue and McKee Street around 6:30 Monday evening on the strength of a warrant on first degree robbery and parole violation charges.
Taylor is accused of going into a 1207 Walnut Street residence on October 30th armed with a handgun. Taylor and two other men allegedly took a handgun from 26-year old Antonio Green during the robbery and one of the suspects shot 41-year old Tyrone Bailey of Hopkinsville during the robbery.
Taylor was lodged in the Christian County Jail on 25-thousand dollars bond.
