Marshall Co. man arrested on meth charges

A traffic stop in Marshall County Monday resulted in an arrest on methamphetamine charges.

A news release from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office says Deputy Tim Reynolds saw a vehicle traveling very slow and hitting a curb. Once pulled over, 46-year old Eddie King of Benton gave police consent to search his vehicle.

Police say they found drugs, drug paraphernalia and alcohol. King was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, DUI, possession of meth and driving with an open container.
