A Cadiz woman was charged with growing marijuana over the weekend after the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office acted on a tip from the public. Sheriff Ray Burnam says Deputy Mark Nichols responded to a Rockcastle Rd. residence and located several marijuana plants, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charged with cultivating marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia was 32-year old Heather Pelton of Cadiz. ** |
