Fatal Clarksville house fire ruled accidental

Clarksville Police have determined a fatal house fire earlier this month was accidental.

The blaze happened around 11pm on November 5th and claimed the life of 80-year old Carolyn Hinton—who was found non-responsive by firefighters.

An investigation involving the police and fire departments determined the source of the fire was two burners on an electric range.
