| Lawmakers hope for bipartisan effort in General Assembly next year |
|
The Kentucky General Assembly will have several important tasks to get done in a short session next year and local state legislators say it will take a lot of working together to get it done. Eighth District State Representative John Tilley says the list of important issues is long.
Representative Martha Jane King listed many of the same issues as important for the next session and said it will take bi-partisan solutions to pass pension reform, re-districting and tax modernization bills.
Both representatives won another term in the State House in last week’s election. ** 11/12/2012/am |
