Woman killed in Marshall Co. wreck
A single-vehicle wreck in Marshall County Saturday afternoon claimed the life of an Illinois woman.

The incident happened around 1pm, according to a news release from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, which says 59-year old Debra Theis of Ullin, Illinois was eastbound on U.S. 68 when she veered off the road and hit a tree.

Ms. Theis was pronounced dead on the scene by the Marshall County Coroner’s Office. Alcohol is not thought to be a factor at this time.
