Two Republicans to run for seat left open by Senator David Williams

Two candidates are already declaring a run for the state senate seat vacated by David Williams.

The Burkesville Republican was appointed to a judge position earlier this month by Governor Steve Beshear.

The "Herald Leader" reports State Representative Sara Beth Gregory and Albany lawyer David Cross are intending to run. Both are Republicans.
