Christian Co. Chamber of Commerce concludes membership drive

Officials with the Christian County Chamber of Commerce say they are proud to announce that chamber membership continues to grow.

The chamber recently concluded its annual membership drive with 36 new members joining from September 4^th through September 21^st.

The local chamber now represents over 900 businesses and organizations throughout the region.

This year’s membership drive was led by Membership Drive Committee Chairperson, Traci Mason, Sales Manager at WHOP radio.

Vice-President of Membership Development and Public Relations, Deanna Yates was quoted as saying Ms. Mason’s involvement and focus on supporting volunteers, along with making her own contacts, was over the top and credited her for the recent success of adding new members.

The membership drive consisted of 5 teams and over 50 volunteers canvassing Christian, Todd and Trigg Counties.

The tops three winners for a membership drive competition were Kayla Augustinovich and her team who recruited 8 new members, Rachel Hudson- Spurlin and her team with 4 new members and Cindy Scholar and her team with 4 new members.

The Chamber Staff also had 20 new members to join during the drive.
