Caldwell Co. wreck injures one

A single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 69 in Caldwell County early this morning injured the driver.

The incident happened around 6:15, according to a news release from Kentucky State Police, which says 18-year old Devin Redmon of Manchester, Ohio was southbound when he ran off the right side of the road.

Redmon over-corrected and lost control, crossing the median and northbound lanes before striking a guard rail. Redmon, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Caldwell County Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
