Both Crime Stoppers Fugitives of the Week now in jail

Both Crime Stoppers Fugitives of the week are in jail after a tip led to another arrest last night.

Arrested in the 400 block of East 18th Street just after 8pm was 23-year old Derrick Powell of Hopkinsville, with Powell charged with probation violation.

Powell is accused of not paying fines and of not appearing in court on burglary, drug, DUI, gun and fleeing from police charges. The anonymous tipster will receive a cash reward.
