Alleged Clarksville bank robber arrested

Clarksville Police have found the man they say is responsible for a bank robbery Tuesday afternoon.

Charged with aggravated robbery is 44-year old Troy Anthony Bobo of Lylewood Road, Clarksville. Photos from the robbery circulated through media from across Kentucky and Tennessee and Clarksville Police Officer Brian Coghill was able to look at the photo and identify the alleged robber as Bobo.

Officers surrounded Bobo’s home Wednesday night to execute a search warrant when the suspect reportedly jumped from a second story window in an attempt to get away. Police detained Bobo and he was taken to Gateway Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.

He’ll be lodged in the Montgomery County Jail on 150-thousand dollars bond once he is medically cleared.
