A theme for the 2013 Christian County Relay for Life has been announced.

A news release from spokesman Brandon Burke says the relay committee recently met and decided on “Don’t Play Games With Cancer” as the theme for next year’s event.

Early bird registration for the relay begins October 25^th at the Hampton Inn from 3:30 until 6:30, with a committee meeting to also take place that evening.

There will also be a Relay for Life booth at this weekend’s Women’s Show at the Bruce Center from 10 until 6 Friday and 8 until noon Saturday. Relay for Life cancer survivor sign-ups will take place both days.

There will also be a Relay for Life ribbon cutting in front of the E.C. Green Cancer Center at noon on October 29^th.
