|Hopkinsville man charged with robbery|
Hopkinsville Police arrested a man accused in an armed robbery in the city from last month.
Arrested around 4pm yesterday and charged with first degree robbery, probation violation and contempt of court was 32-year old Jason Cunningham of Hopkinsville. The arrest warrant for Cunningham says he allegedly used a knife to threaten a woman to steal a ring on September 11th.
The victim said Cunningham pressed her head against the window of a vehicle while taking the jewelry, leaving marks on her chest and causing pain to her right hand. Cunningham is in contempt of court for allegedly failing to pay his child support.
