The Christian County Grand Jury today indicted 36 people for various charges.
42-year old Sue Howard of Country Club Lane, Hopkinsville was indicted on one count of first degree criminal abuse after local authorities say she failed to get medical attention for her son who has ongoing medical issues.
20-year old Ryan Albertson of Burkesville, Kentucky was indicted on one count of 1st degree burglary after law enforcement officials say he unlawfully entered and remained at a Breanna Street, Oak Grove residence on October 18th.
The Grand Jury also indicted Albertson’s alleged accomplices, 26-year old Lemarcus Wade of Ivey Street, Hopkinsville and 40-year old Sylvester Caffey of Hopkinsville with 1st degree burglary.
20-year old Blane Nekeifer of Faulkner Street, Hopkinsville was indicted for 1st degree burglary and 1st degree robbery among other charges for unlawfully entering a Calvin Drive residence on June 28th.
20-year old Edwin Ontwan White of Walnut Street, Hopkinsville and 30-year old Tony Anthony Burse of East 12th Street, Hopkinsville were both indicted on 1st degree robbery charges with White also indicted for possessing a handgun by a convicted felon for a July 12th incident.
19-year old Joshua Roberts of Princeton Road, Hopkinsville was indicted for 3 counts of 1st degree unlawful transaction with a minor and 1st degree illegal controlled substance after authorities say between May 28th and June 12th, he engaged in sexual relations on three separate occasions with a 14-year old female. **
