Clarksville Police say a local man with an extensive criminal history has been arrested again.
34-year old Marcellus Lamar Flynn of Daniel Street was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and is charged with two counts of theft, two counts of evading, two counts of driving on revoked a license, drugs for manufacture, sell, or delivery and joyriding.
Police say on Thursday, Flynn was in possession of a stolen vehicle and was driving on a revoked license when he was taken in custody on Providence Boulevard.
Following his arrest, police say officers found cocaine inside the stolen vehicle and drug paraphernalia on Flynn at the time of his arrest.
Flynn remains lodged in the Montgomery County Jail on a $105,500 cash only bond.
