Grand jury returns drugs, wanton endangerment indictments

The Christian County Grand Jury returned several indictments on drug charges Friday.

Indicted on trafficking and cultivating marijuana charges were 29-year old Diana Wilmoth and 21-year old Hobert Wilmoth, both of Oak Grove.

Receiving a true bill for trafficking in prescription pills was 25-year old Josh Moseley of Woodlawn Drive, Hopkinsville.

37-year old Rickey Wimberly of Hopkinsville was indicted on wanton endangerment and fleeing from police charges for a November 22nd incident when he allegedly almost ran over a police officer’s foot while driving away from a traffic stop and then later abandoned his moving vehicle in an attempt to get away from law enforcement.
