Radford A woman accused of embezzling nearly $4,000 from her employer has been arrested by Hopkinsville Police. Charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking is 41-year old Felicia Radford of Hopkinsville, who allegedly used the credit card of her employer—Perfect Loving Care Childcare—to make $3,934 in unauthorized transactions for personal items.
