Hopkinsville Police investigate theft of soft drinks

Hopkinsville Police say burglars made off with dozens of cases of soft drinks over the weekend.
While officers were patrolling the streets on Sunday night, officers noticed where unknown suspects had gained entry into a delivery truck parked at 2105 Fort Campbell Boulevard and stole 26 cases of Dr. Pepper including other products.
According to police, the suspects either had a key or used a bolt to remove the pad lock from the delivery truck and used a vehicle to transport the stolen soft drinks, which was listed at $126.
